Complaints

We're sorry that you have not enjoyed everything about your holiday, and hope that we can help to resolve this.

While on holiday in Sierra Leone, any complaints or issues can and must be raised with our members or representatives. The accommodation or facilities management plus the airline staff are also available to assist. All unresolved issues and complaints made during the holiday can mad e and submitted to us up to 35 days after the trip
